Origin 
Assam is a state in north-eastern India known for its wildlife, archaeological sites and tea plantations. Assam tea is a black tea named after the region of its production, Assam, India. Assam tea is manufactured specifically from the plant Camellia sinensis var. assamica (Masters). Although Assam tea is now mostly grown at or near sea level and is known for its body, briskness, malty flavour, and strong, bright colour.
Aroma 
A fruity sweet fragrance to draw you into its richness while you prepare to peel off its layers with every passing sip. One that will surely take you through a seasonal relish.


Appearance 
A light green brew with a grassy tone, this blend will make you feel one with the lush green grasslands of Assam.
Taste 
A fruity blend with a vegetal and grassy texture. Let the buttery smoothness take you on a trip of the excess and make you mingle with its nuttiness while you make hay in the morning sun.


How To Brew
Temperature

Heat 180 ml of water up to 90-degree Celsius
Quantity

Add 2 – 2.5 grams of tea leaves
Time

Steep the tea leaves for 3 mins and strain

Recipes

Hot Brew: Hot Empress Green
- Brew your Empress Green liquor along with grated ginger
- Strain the liquor. Add a pinch of salt to it and drizzle some fresh lime juice on it
- Serve hot

Cold Brew: Empress Green Orange Punch
- Brew your Empress Green liquor and cool it down
- Add some orange juice to it
- Add ice cubes to the brew. Serve chilled
