How To Brew

Temperature

Heat 180 ml of water up to 90-degree Celsius

Quantity

Add 2 – 2.5 grams of tea leaves

Time

Steep the tea leaves for 3 mins and strain

Hot Brew: Rose Queen Delight

  • Add rose petals to the cup. Brew the Queen tea and strain 
  • Infuse rose leaves to the brew. Garnish with rose petals and cloves

  • Brew your Queen tea liquor and cool it down
  • Fill glass with ice and add tea liquor, grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey
  • Chop apples finely and add to the brew. Serve chilled
