How To Brew

Temperature

Heat 180 ml of water up to 90-degree Celsius

Quantity

Add 2 – 2.5 grams of tea leaves

Time

Steep the tea leaves for 3 mins and strain

Hot Brew: Sunkissed Sikkim Ginger-Mint Brew

  • Brew your sunkissed Sikkim liquor along with grated ginger
  • Add few mint leaves to the liquor towards the end and turn off the heat
  • Strain the liquor, add honey. Serve hot

Cold Brew: Sunkissed Sikkim Watermelon-Cucumber Cooler

  • Brew your sunkissed Sikkim liquor and refrigerate it.
  • Add watermelon juice to it along with a few teaspoons of cucumber juice
  • Top it up with fresh watermelon slices and cucumber slices
  • Serve chilled
