The following Terms and Conditions will govern all shipment of goods purchased from Amalgamated Plantations Private Limited (hereinafter also referred to as "The Company", "we", "us", "our") through our website www.amalgamatedplantations.co.in (hereinafter also referred to as "Site"). All goods purchased through our Site subject to its availability and the acceptance of the order by the Company will be dispatched by the Company using the mode of transportation and Logistics Partner which the Company deems fit and proper.
The Company does not undertake or guarantees any specific delivery timeline for the delivery of goods ordered through the Site.

 

The Company cannot be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods ordered by the customer and dispatched by the Company.

In case of any loss of goods in transit, the liability of the Company will be limited to the cost of such good(s) as was paid for by the customer at the time the same was purchased from the Company.

The customer is liable for the entire cost of transportation, such costs will be intimated by the Company.

 

Your usage of our Site and also any purchase made on our site will constitute your deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions.
